If you require help with post-natal training. I have workouts that cater for this too. Using various pelvic floor exercises I can help you build up muscles used during child birth or after a caesarean section. The baby weight can go too but only through advancing certain exercise programmes and instigating dietary changes in accordance with the date of child birth.
I helpped Marcela (pictured below) get back into training after a cesarean section. We started off with various pelvic floor and free body excersies to help strengthen and 'close' her abs back together then, eventually, we were able to get back into free squating! (See Marcela testimonial).
