If the answer is 'yes' then welcome to my private gym at 22 Ringwood Road, Longham, BH22 9AN.  From here you will enjoy private, one to one personal training, where you will be the only member training at any one time.

Avoid the hassle and sweat from other gym users and benefit from not having to pay any gym membership or being held to contracts. You will also not have to wait for equipment or train next to anyone and I will be able to devote all my attention to providing you with the best possible training session.

My private personal training gym can cater for every body type and personality. Whether you want to lose weight, increase tone, muscular size, strength or levels of fitness, I have spared no expense to make you feel the centre of attention.

My gym has been designed using knowledge from a lifetime of training and from over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. State of the art equipment and extensive onsite facilities all combine to help create a friendly and professional training environment.

I have set up my gym to cater for any fitness goal and fitness ability.  Mirrors have been strategically placed to help with practicing perfect form, to help avoid injury.  Also, I have chosen to use certain types of equipment that allow us to train even if you are injured!

For all you cardio lovers I have a commercial sized treadmill.  I have a free standing punch bag and all the gloves and pads ready for a boxing lesson, which is great for cardio, balance and co-ordination.


There are numerous commercial weight training machines, to help build muscle size, tone and strength.  These include a lat pull and low row, a hack squat, high/low pulley and an assisted chin up and dip machine.

I cater for power lifters with a free squat rack, bench press and Olympic bars, weights, belts and chalk!

There are 1kg to 60kg dumbbells to assist with training any fitness ability or strength goal.  Also there are 10kg to 45kg barbells and a flat/incline/decline commercial bench.

You can train to your own music by simply bringing your Iphone.  I have scales, tape measures and heart rate monitors to assist with your health checks and to provide us with helpful data.  This will allow us to set accurate goals and assist with closely monitoring your progress.

In the kitchen there is  cold water for your refreshment and orange juice to give you a sugar boost!  There are bananas for instant energy and apples for sugar and fibre for the way home.  (Remember your body needs sugar first after a hard training session and then protein about 30mins later)  You can get changed in your own private changing room and there is ample free, off road parking for your convenience. 

I have built an assault course in the private gardens outside to provide 'something different'.  Its always beneficial for the body and mind to train in different environments and to keep training un-predictable.  The assault course will test your cardio fitness, muscular fitness, co-ordination, balance and motor skills and there is nothing better than training outside in the sunshine with the wind in your face!!!
