Core Strength & Balance

This is probably the most important area which we will need to address. I will incorporate various exercises into every work out which will strengthen your core i.e. lower back and abdominals (lower, upper and obliques). This strengthening is essential for balance and stability in everyday life and for the correct completion of all weight training exercises.

I use dead lifts for my own lower back strength workouts but we can also use the stability ball and back extensions on the bench. I also use straight leg deadlifts, stiff leg deadlifts and 'good mornings'. Single leg squats, rack pulls, dumbbell lunges, planks and side planks will also help.  Using the fitness and Bosu ball for abdominal routines and single or double dumbbell workouts will also work wonders for the core! 

With a stronger lower back you'll have fewer back aches and pains and be able to complete many more everyday tasks pain free. Perfect if you're sitting at a desk all day or standing over a work bench!

Hard abdominal workouts will not only provide you with that core strength but will also look amazing to complete the beach body look!
