Flexibility. If you need help with flexibility we can either focus specifically on this within a session using PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation i.e. assisted stretching) or we can incorporate stretches either before or after a session.
Stretching will not only assist you to complete an exercise through its full range of motion but can also be used to prevent injury and the onset of muscular soreness, which will occur a few days after a hard weights session.
