Core Strength & Balance
Core strength & Balance. This is probably the most important area which we will need to address. I will incorporate various exercises into every work out which will strengthen your core i.e. lower back and abdominals (lower, upper and obliques). This strengthening is essential for balance and stability in everyday life and the correct completion of most weight training exercises.
I use dead lifts for my own lower back strength workouts (Click here for Rob PT Competing) but we can also use the stability ball and back extensions on the bench. I also use straight leg deadlifts, stiff leg deadlifts and 'good mornings'. With a stronger lower back you'll have fewer back aches and pains and be able to complete many more everyday tasks pain free. Perfect if you're sitting at a desk all day or standing over a work bench!
Hard abdominal workouts will not only provide you with that core strength but will also look amazing to complete the beach body look!
