Group Training
Ever thought of training with a group of friends? It can be a really fun way train ,with everyone laughing and pushing each other along, all helping to get fast and effective results.
I can teach circuits to groups of five or more, where you will move from workout station to workout station, there are 10 in total. You will train on each of these stations for 1 minute then without a break, move onto the next. For a total of 30 minutes.
You will increase your levels of fitness, as you will be working to high heart rates, while burning off fat and carbs and increasing muscle tone and balance and co-ordination.
You can even bring your own music!!
Circuits can be completed in the gym or outside in a park or down at the beach!!
Why not get five or more friends together and give it a go?!!
