To whom it may concern,
Rob recently installed my home gym.
We hit it off immediately, he knew exactly how to get the best out of the small space we had available. The range and quality of the equipment selected was more than I had anticipated I giving me real value for money with a professional grade set up. Robs attention to detail complimented his efficiency with the design I ordering process, installation and assembly. Finally the personal training program Rob designed for me was professionally thought out and has put me on the road to regular exercise.
I do highly recommend Rob Chaunt and will work with him again.

What I can do for you
This is where I come in!
With my help you can turn that spare room into a professional, working, home gym that a fitness professional would be proud to use!
I can help put that piece of equipment, which is currently being used as a clothes horse, to its proper use! That is to help you get fit and tone up!
Using my fitness knowledge and gym building experience, I can convert any space from a small single room, up to a double garage and beyond to cater for any budget. (See photos and testimonial) The gym in this example is in a neighbours’ spare room of 20 feet X 20 feet and was only £4995 including VAT.
This gym included 4 large wooden framed mirrors, strategically placed to check posture and form. 12 6x4 heavy duty rubber mats, for grip and floor protection. A heavy duty treadmill and an up-right exercise bike. A lat pull down and low row with two further handles (rope and stirrup), suitable for a variety of back, trap, chest, shoulder, leg and arm exercises. A heavy duty flat, incline, decline bench, (for the bench press/squat rack or for dumbbell exercises. A heavy duty squat rack, with a 20kg Olympic bar, for squats, dead lifts and a large number of other exercises. This can also be used as a bench press and shrug lift. 150kg of Olympic plate weights. 1-30kg rubber dumbbells with two dumbbell racks. An aerobic step, a fitness ball, skipping rope, focus pads and gloves and a heart rate monitor.
Each gym will be individually designed to cater for your individual fitness goals and requirements. The client in the above example wanted to lose weight, while increasing levels of fitness, strength, balance and co-ordination.
Therefore all the equipment listed above, for his gym, encourages free weight lifting, which will help create a stronger core and better balance and co-ordination. There is a combination of weight training and cardio vascular machines, perfect for fitness and muscle tone. All the equipment is multi functional, so the user of the gym can complete all the important exercises vital for a balanced body, relating to strength, tone and fitness, while conserving space. The heart rate monitor can be used to check if the user is in the correct heart rate zone for burning fat and they also can gain a reward for their efforts by seeing how many calories they burnt off during the session. (Click on the personal training home page for training tips). Above, there is also a variety of equipment to help keep the users interest and teach them that there are many different ways to train to reach their goals, not just the conventional!
I would include 3 hours of one-on-one personal training within the overall price in order to help you to learn how to use the equipment effectively in order to reach your fitness goals. I can also design a programme which you can follow by yourself. (Click on the personal training home page).
